There are solid opportunities for growth if you take initiative and is a great fit for someone who is adaptive and enjoys continuous learning. Things can move quickly and there’s always something new to take on, so being open to change is important. Even with that though, the work-life balance is great here due to the remote work and support (and whoever wants to visit the office in Prague still can!)
