Pros
Like any company there are going to be some good people, but the cons section says it all unfortunately.
Cons
This is a poorly run company with rampant nepotism and the mindset of a music label pre-digital era crash. Diddy hires his unprofessional friends and their kids, pays them significantly more than other employees, and gives them titles without merit. Meanwhile, most of the regular staff are temp employees or contractors without benefits and are the first to be let go during routine cuts. Sales execs at this company rarely show up to work and use their company cards for seemingly unlimited personal expenses. There is no mobility and you’re subjected to unpredictable egos and horrific leadership in nearly every department. Stay away from this sinking ship and don't let the Hollywood image Diddy portrays convince you otherwise.
