Fraud Company, Fraud people (Management) - Anonymous employee Revolute Soft Solution Employee Review

Honestly, there are no real pros to working here except that you might meet some good colleagues who are also looking to leave soon.

The company is involved in promoting betting and gambling websites (similar to Parimatch, 1xBet, etc.). Recruitment process is misleading; you are hired for a voice or sales profile but end up doing irrelevant work. The so-called "training" is not useful at all — it includes making random puzzles, role-playing gambling scenarios, and preparing daily presentations unrelated to the actual job role. No proper salary structure: salaries are paid through different bank accounts or even Google Pay, without official salary slips. No genuine work experience can be shown in your CV; reputed companies do not recognize employment at Revolute Software. Highly unprofessional management, especially managers like Siddharth and Yogi, who treat employees poorly and behave disrespectfully toward female staff. Tasks assigned during training are not related to sales work — such as manually finding operator details for random phone numbers. Toxic work culture filled with office politics, favoritism, and daily conflicts. Employees are relocated to Dubai under false promises, with salaries below minimum wage and illegal practices like confiscating passports and original mark sheets. No proper working hours or shifts — employees are overworked and penalized for even small things like logging out 2 minutes early. Unrealistic daily targets with almost no incentives (max ₹2,000/month). No holidays for any festivals or events unless you fight for an optional leave, which is rarely approved. Extremely poor work-life balance and constant mental stress.

Absolutely Nothing. Totally Fake and Fraud Company.

Fraud with Employees, Fraud with its Clients, Fraud with every person belongs to them. Always did not pay salary of last 2-3 months and make such situations & harassment without any reason that employees leave the company by himself. They make fake promises to pay the salary later within a week while leaving the company, but they never do so. Almost 90% employees face such fraud in this company. They hold my salary above 2 months and promised to pay my complete salary within a week. After that whenever I call them, they always make silly & fake excuses (like accidents and death of their own relatives - how can anybody do these things to their own family members also... such a fool and fraud people). They always ask me for some more time but its almost more than 2 years now. I got nothing and neither anybody else whom I know who were working at that time with me get their salary. All employees were cheated not only me. Please guys "Never ever Trust these people and company". I strongly recommend not to join this company. Its better to be jobless for some days instead of working here. If you are already there please get away from there as soon as possible. THEY ARE BIG BIG FRAUD. BEWARE OF THEM!!
