Pros
This is my second job after working at a gas station. I wanted to make a change, so I started to work at Revolve Remodeling, and it took me out of my shell. This job taught me how I was shy to myself, it made me uncomfortable which is good because it made me grow. You get a feeling of brotherhood and bonding all together. You get to see the success of your team and the other people and that makes you want to grow, willing to invest your time, and learn from your colleagues. I learned how to talk to people – both clients and your team. I didn’t think this would have worked for me beforehand. Job at Revolve Remodeling helped me built my integrity, character and is helping me to become a better person.
Cons
You must have a thick skin, I guess this is a nature of sales, It’s all about you are willing to do, nobody is going to do your job for you.
