Pros

From outside things look cool. They work out of co-working space, have free snacks, parties, etc.

Cons

Micromanagement by CEO/COO. The product is still not ready. CEO / COO lack clarity in terms of the direction. Product direction keeps on getting pivoted. Yet to achieve product-market fit. Culture is a problem. People have been laid off for taking time off. Think before you join.

The startup journey can be chaotic. But our team has made every effort for our employees to learn and grow along with the company. We appreciate all feedback from employees and have used the information to implement changes in our organization appropriate for the stage we are at. We are such a small team that it's hard to believe that our everyday conversation could leave any of our team members directionless. Really struggling to guess who you could be. But whoever you are, we wish you luck. - Rishi 'n' Sameer

Pros

I worked as a US based salesperson for RevvSales. The founder's are warmhearted and seem to be very genuine. They are pretty open individuals and make time to always help. The founder's mobilize several human and software resources to help you be successful. They definitely have sales in mind, even though they come from a product background. This is a great change versus typical product minded and not sales friendly founder's from a technical background.

Cons

Bookend days can be tough, but at the end of the day, if you work for a company in multiple continents, that's what you sign up for. Growing startup, so typical product development shortfalls with a growing product.
