Pros
Having been at Covanta for a few years now, I have really enjoyed my time. The people that I get to work with are incredibly smart & supportive. I love that everyone is a firm believer in team work & willing to help each other out. It is a very friendly & positive atmosphere which is what I look for in a company. I have also seen the many opportunities that the company has. In my short time here, I have been involved in & led many projects. At my last company, this was not something that I had the opportunity to do. This not only helped my professional growth, but also gave me the opportunity to network with various colleagues as well. Aside from the people & opportunities, Covanta also provides great compensation & benefits package, & generous PTO.
