      We are pleased to hear that your experience with Reworld™ has been such a positive one, and we thank you for acknowledging our competitive total compensation package offering, career development opportunities, and management expertise. As a key strategy in our preventative maintenance, we do have planned outages (shut downs) in regular cadences across our Thermomechanical Treatment (Waste to Energy) facilities. These typically range from 1.5 to 3 weeks in duration and offer plenty of paid overtime opportunities for team members. We are proud that every year we get faster in our outages and reduce the time we are shut down. Thank you for all your contributions as we reimagine sustainable waste solutions together.
