Loved my experience with the company, hoping in the future to potentially get a further opportunity to grow

No issues with the company, my own personal circumstances at the time really were my downfall.

I met some great people who are now my colleagues/friends they were all laid off too

Cons: My time at Rewst was destabilizing and scary. Leadership policed employees and came across as vindictive and petty. Expectations were unclear, and when concerns were raised, leadership pretended to listen but never followed through. Most hires were from Marco, and there were four rounds of layoffs. People felt scared all the time, and the environment was tough. Leadership took no accountability, set unrealistic goals, and the product didn’t work as promised. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I would not apply here.
