Working beyond required hours. The different districts were always against each other. As manager it was very hard to let go of employees that were not doing their job correctly. Also working with different vendors can be a nightmare! Especially if you are trying to return something to the vendor. Store manager/DM relationship can be tricky. They have their favorites and they will let you know.
