Pros
while working here I create a family, all the people here are so nice and friendly. there was no toxic relationship or whatever.
the standard also clear, but when I first enter, they gave no guideline or briefing of what should I do or do not.
also great place to start networking as they have amazing big clients in construction.
Cons
salary is standard with yearly increasing, steady, but still increase.
however, due to covid last time we don't get a rise.
