      Pros

      Not too many pros, so disfunctional and poorly managed from the top down.

      Cons

      Company Intranet looks like a college students series of spreadsheets. The overall sales experience for the customer and the employee is poorly structured. The company is not willing to invest in the proper tools or qualified personnel specifically upper management to support the overall experience.

      Pros

      Based in San Diego, CA, the work team is warm and friendly with all employees. The Founder is very much interested in the wellbeing of all employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes mistakes made by the shipping department affect everyone, specially the sales team. The CEO is not as team-friendly as the South African founder.

      - Leadership is completely disengaged, especially the CEO, who shows no real involvement or vision - Hardworking employees are overlooked while under-performers are protected and promoted. - No accountability at any level. - Poor communication and zero direction from the top - Culture has shifted from one of pride and purpose to confusion and frustration.
