This review only covers the operations in the Manila office and does not reflect entirely across other rhipe offices in the APAC REGION. - CGE Management is the worst management I have come across in my five 5 years career. They will pretend they care about employees' wellbeing, but it's all a long CON that they will pull to max out their investment in your above-market salary. - Senior Leadership only takes care of profit. Rightly so, this business unit (CGE) that I have been working for is their cash cow. They don't have a consistent earnings delivery with other business units in Manila. In our operations, if you ask for sick leave or unplanned leave, they will ask for ridiculous proof of absence such as "death certificate," "photos of the busted electrical post," local government unit certification for loss of power, or incident report from your ISP (right!) - This is just downright trust issues that have been driven by Senior Leaders in PH down to their Mid Level managers Mid-level managers are incompetent and were promoted not because of their merit but based on their relationship with the one up there. They can't save themselves from escalation calls without asking for Senior Support for help. They have serious trust issues with our output working from home. They cannot command respect from their subordinates because we know that they cannot do what we do. Our back-office support is just downright incompetent as well. From HR to IT, there was even an incident that resulted in a serious client security breach with one of our colleagues because our IT and the SLT up there has forced our colleague to use his own machine without applying the client security standards. Now that they were purchased by another player in the industry, this new player is only after this rhipe cash cow. Hopefully, they fix all of the anomalies of CGE including the rampant culture of fraud internally. Yes, that's right, the fraud here is so rampant that our managers don't bat an eye because that's what keeps them afloat.
