Positive work culture and good work-life balance - In House CRA Rho Employee Review

I really enjoy working at Rho. I think especially if you’re looking to break into this industry it’s a great place to start. The people i work with are all amazing. Flexible hours and work life balance is amazing.

Limited growth. They don’t have any senior IHCRA positions. There have been some random layoffs. There is not a lot of PTO but the remote work and flexibility makes up for it in my opinion. I do think they could pay more as well.

People are nice. Those who have been there a while are very loyal.

Way too much training that has nothing to do with the job I was hired for. NIH training for a study that was not NIH sponsored.
