Pros
Nice coworkers Free k cups (that are terrible with no milk options) Holiday party Occasional free bagels ( although I’ve only had it twice because I’m a floater who always misses it bc I’m at different locations)
Cons
Poor health Insurance Bad equipment Not enough PTO Poor raises Low pay (need to compete with hospitals!!!) Work overload. Not enough time between patients. Scheduling books us to exhaustion
