They are now mandating us to cover open shifts including weekends and holidays. We were hired to work a certain schedule but management doesn’t care about your life outside of RIMI. Many of us have to work 2nd jobs because the pay is so terrible yet they still expect us to cover shifts here and don’t give any consideration of your schedule outside of here. We just keep acquiring more businesses without the adequate help. Work overload! Employees applied to certain positions based on what fits their lifestyle. Change is needed if job postings can’t be filled. Offer better incentives to work here!
