Pros
I loved my job and the team I worked with along with the service we provided.
Cons
There was rarely, if ever, any sort of appreciation for people on the administrative team. I worked my way up to manager of a new department and wasn't given any guidance or support. When the new director was hired, he consistently asked what I did, said he understood, and then ask again. He entered the company very aggressively and was demanding and disrespectful. I ultimately quit because of it and told him any future communication needed to be done through HR as I wasn't comfortable with his behavior. He essentially mocked me for that request in an email to the CEO where he, once again, asked what I did. As if it was my responsibility to provide my own job description. I was told I didn't need to stay for the full week and then they complained I didn't give them enough notice. No one in management ever spoke with me or asked why I was resigning. Between the lack of appreciation and the director's behavior, the work culture became intolerable.
