Pros
The people here are very smart and things move quickly. The company is growing very rapidly so there is plenty of room to carve out your own space. There is an active social side to the company and my colleagues are all very passionate about what they do. Real Impact invests heavily in it's people so there a numerous benefits to working here beyond remuneration but you can tell that management has put thought into employee well being and genuinely recognize employees as individuals with lives and interests outside of work.
Cons
Depends on how you look at this point but being a start up many things that you might expect to be standardized are still being figured out. Some may find it frustrating, others see it as an opportunity to get involved and help with developing a new business.
