Toxic environment at highest. They just hier and fire nothing else. There is zero job security. If you doing good in your current organisation, then never ever join this place… they will max give you few days to catch up with the product without any KT provided. You just need to go through it and crack it else you will be fired. They will ask you to put down you paper by yourself without any prior notice or anything. If you cant lick the so called senior or management or the so called leads over there, then u are fired. You can never stand for you self respect over here, if you do so, then also you will be fired. Just be aware about the fellow Malay Sahu.. such a toxic fellow. If you cant butter him out, then also you are fired 😂 And the higher management is worse… if you are an woman then join on you own risk.. you can be targeted by any of them at any time 😒
