Pros
There's lots of things to learn here. Even though it's a small company but it is well structured and has long term vision which is good. Colleagues are also friendly and willing to share stories and experiences.
Cons
During lunch time, people just ordered take away food and eat by themselves in front of the monitor, which makes the lunch break environment less sociable.
