      Pros

      Benefits are beyond amazing, especially for people with a family/kids. Beautiful campus. so many interesting things happening all the time, you can feel part of a big community of you want to.

      Cons

      Some coworkers say it can be hard to advance from where you enter. That hasn’t been my observation tho.

      Good communications, good boss, good location

      Cons

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
