There is absolutely nothing good to say about RCMS.

- Low pay - Toxic upper management - No room to grow - Don't provide benefits or perks - No OT - No on the job support - Don't care about tenants

RCMS is considered as average company to work for in the industry but not the best.

RCMS does not pay their employees enough, no training, no assistance from on site managers or senior managers for their employees. They only interested in making money from Co-op clients instead of providing the services they are contracted for. They make you sign an agreement that if you leave the company you cannot work in the housing industry for 2 years or there will serious consequences. How can one survive?
