Small and very friendly company to work for. Staff is very nice and integrates you as part of the RA family quickly. Maintenance on the aircraft is responsive and detail oriented.

Aircraft availability was the limiting factor to gaining flight hours, however RA is expanding their fleet.

Not bad pay for a flight instructor and it is a mom/pop owned business so everyone is pretty friendly and its pretty relaxed place to work. You choose your schedule of when you want work and not work. You still get payed when you are not flight instructing as long as you are in the office. You get 10% off renting any planes.

Sometimes you will get 35 hours of flight instructing time logged but sometimes you'll get 10 especially during the fall/winter. So it can inconsistent but that is with every flight instructing job unless you work at massive school. When you are not flight instructing and are just sitting around then you only get payed $7.25 an hr so if you don't have students then you won't be making much.
