      1.Young Foremen.. 2.Bad weather brings on sad pay days. 3.Everything revolves around SAFETY!!! SAFETY!! SAFETY!!. Everything you do is under the microscope!! 4.1 Safety slip and you are on vacation for a week!!!!!! 5.Lunch is usually on the go or inbetween pours.
