      Cheep laptops provided which crash a lot and give you 10 minutes of peace at least once a week

      Cons

      Poisonous, toxic board, aggressive approach, laughable values. Will happily take your money to buy shares, but will not sell them back to you, and will flog you off with a reduced rate.

      - Low: base pay, raises, bonuses, benefits - Extremely limited career growth and mentorship/learning opportunities - Promotions are based purely on (Arizona) management's perception of your work - judged mostly from your office's bottom-line revenue/profit - Almost 0 internal resources, outdated take-off software, minimal training - Considerable employee turnover with no explanation from management
