Pros

Consistent hours. Weekends off. Most popular holidays off. And paid vacation

Cons

Good luck on getting overtime or a raise. Corporate doesn't really care about their employees. Makes it very difficult for management to do their job. A lot of disrespect in the environment. Very unprofessional between management and employees.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere with other employees. Management is caring but they have to implement what corporate decides. Greed of the owners and upper management has made this a place I could never recommend anyone to work at.

Cons

Management is caring but they can only do so much. I doubt they are happy with their jobs either considering what is going on with corporate these days. $17 an hour at a flat hourly rate is not a living wage and any raises are very small and far between while they continue to pile more and more work on you because they are as busy as ever but are cutting hours to put more money in their pockets. Doing the job of two people for this low pay is not acceptable.
