Benefits, pay, (some) leadership, decent pay, good home/work life balance and interesting technology. The benefits are good and the atmosphere is very friendly.

Some of the management is poor with lack of training. Although, when training is conducted and their work does not improve, nothing happens. They are allowed to stay in that position and continue to cost the company customers and good employees.

Friendly coworkers and a supportive work environment. The position offers opportunities to learn new skills, work with different departments, and contribute to daily business operations. Flexible problem-solving and organizational skills are valued.

Priorities can change frequently, which can make workload management challenging at times. Some processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary administrative tasks.
