Intensive training - 2 week course with role playing, script learning, sales tactics. Management supported newbies with selling in their first few months through shadowing sessions, listening into calls and coaching / giving advice. They would offer to take over when struggling to let you listen in to how they convert the quote into a booking.
Cons
Shift work with consistent weekend work. When the company is struggling, it is felt within the floor staff from heavily stressed team leads.
