Pros
The mission of the organization is a great one, to help people develop their careers. Be it in an outplacement situation or a development opportunity, companies can gain a lot of ground with their people with the services Right Management offers
Cons
Executive Management doesn't enable "the ground" to have enough input. There is a huge (HUGE) gap between overarching strategy to implementation and execution. This has created a culture where people don't feel heard. We've also experienced a lot of turnover, so the gap becomes larger and larger.
