      Pros

      Managers are flexible and understanding, and push you to learn achieve. Friendly environment leads to tutors usually becoming good friends.

      Cons

      There is virtually nothing you can do when students do not want to work with you. Teachers dont always communicate their needs well enough.

      Pros

      The work is easy and fulfilling. The hours are flexible and work is only three days per week. This is a part time job and management is okay with employees looking for full time opportunities elsewhere.

      Cons

      Management is sometimes unorganized and can confuse the staff. Since the work is part time there are no health benefits and the pay is not enough to live on (even though the hourly wage is not bad).
