Pros
Right Steps is a great place to work if your passion is young children. The management is great, and you have a good support system behind you when you need help. Right Steps does a lot for the children that attend their centers and works hard to provide quality care to families in the community.
Cons
Some staff does not have the same work experience and education in early childhood, but Right Steps works hard to get everyone trained and resources to learn about early childhood education.
