      Quick hire, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Poorly organized, orientation was also my interview, poor caregiver support, best source of communication if via email (which can chew up your time off), low pay ($11/hour for a highly dependant client?) , not knowing what you can and cannot do. Poorly updated care plans. Very large territory

      Pros

      Great office staff to work with. Client's were great to work with and it was nice making someone's day better through activities of daily living. You were placed with clients close to home.

      Cons

      Often had to drive to multiple client's houses in one day to make up a full days work. You were not remibersed for hours.

      Flexibility with scheduling shifts. Company is considerate of personal time and availability.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is miscommunication between clients and the company. Still need to populate client list.
