Pros
Having worked at Right on the Line for coming up to a year now, I'm happy to say I can report an almost wholly positive experience. From the get-go I was given the necessary support required to ease into my new position, while still being given the trust and responsibility not to feel like I was being handheld or overbearingly observed at all times. And this has continued through to today. Working at Right on the Line, it truly feels like the senior staff want the best for/from their workforce. There is a culture of very open communication within the company and I have always been made to feel like a respected and required member of the team. A mentor was provided to me with a wealth of experience in my field, which has proven to be hugely beneficial to my professional development. Work-from-home options and flexible working hours have made my time at ROTL very comfortable, and generous policies like free therapy show a willingness to go above and beyond to support their staff. A career at ROTL feels like it is what you make of it. No strict protocols or development paths limit your progress, and ambition and initiative are rewarded well.
Cons
So far I have no notable cons to report back on outside of the normal moans and groans that come with having an adult job.
