High turnover and many lay-offs. When people leave there is a lot more work for those that stay behind. Long hours. Authoritarian leadership. They used to value good employees. They lost a few key clients and started some major layoffs. Most of the good people have left or been laid off. Never worked somewhere with such high turnover. Many of the layoffs are from outsourcing the work overseas.
