Good ownership. Friendly people to work with. Good compensation. Good company values. Quick response to all technical issues.
Cons
No huge cons. Sales dried up for my product line and work became scarce. I wish I had been given the opportunity to be cross-trained on other products but they like hiring ready-made experts.
