- A company that doesn’t just claim to have an excellent culture but actually has one - Looking forward to working everyday with smart, energetic, fun colleagues - Excellent growth opportunities - Solid pay - Good work/life balance
Cons
Remote work during COVID can sometimes be a grind, and I miss the energy of an office but this is obviously not a problem unique to RP.
