      This was a fantastic place to work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately sales have slumped in 2024 and a bunch of us were let go. If this turns around I fully recommend working at Rightpoint.

      Not enough work to go around Too AI focused, the switch was off putting and contributed to employee dissatisfaction Not transparent Csuite is unstable
