Toxic culture - Anonymous employee Rightway Employee Review

Nepotism runs throughout this company. Women were not given the same opportunities as male colleagues at the same level. CEO mistreats subordinates and is often rude and condescending. Not the health tech culture that is pitched. No empathy or collaboration between teams. Legitimate concerns of long-time team members and executives are ignored by CEO in favor of his own, unfounded opinions.
