      Nice campus and good amount of time "off" between terms but this is invariably filled with non-teaching activities

      Cons

      Excessive marking, toxic workplace, bullying, not paid enough for the hours worked

      Pros

      The hourly rate was good. And can work closely with the professor. There is flexibility.

      Cons

      There wasn't a promotion. It may take time to read all the collected papers and maybe late at night when you finish reading the papers.
