Terrible Organization - Software Development Engineer Rikor Employee Review

The only pro I can think of is you learn to be cold hearted because no one here is friendly

The leadership treats you as a number and talks to you like you are not human. They talk to you as if your productivity needs to be used every second of the day. As a sales associate, even if you are their top sales person, they will ensure you are using every second of your day and say statements like, I'm not paying you to do nothing - even though its a sales position and I had the highest close rate for the past 4 weeks. They will fire you without warning and reason if you don't super kiss up to them and act super thankful to be employed with them. They will find anything to nitpick at to basically treat you as if you're not valuable and you need to work harder. Literally, just imagine having the highest close rate in the company and being told, what are you doing right now, what can you do to be productive and stuff like that. They also say there is career advancement and that they are growing fast, however, they only have like 5 sales people after being in business for like 3 years. And i've been told by another sales person that they let go 3/4th the people they hire.
