Forever changing policies, making it hard to keep up with. Pay is low. At 1 year, I make $28/hour & they just gave us all a 1% raise. Management is catered to and actions contradicts expectations for floor staff. When short staffed, management doesn’t help & heard through the grapevine that this is because they wouldn’t be seen as superior if to do patient care. So many administrative tasks that are continually added to.
