8yWe are saddened to hear that everything about our workplace was affecting you in a negative way. Our management team strives to create a friendly and positive working environment for all of our employees, but we apologize for any poor experiences you may have had. As for our fun Fridays, we still implement them with free breakfast and events for everyone to participate in. Furthermore, it is not the policy of Ring Savvy to provide coverage for you when you are unable to work, rather for you to find someone who is willing to cover your shift. This is unfortunate, but as a 24/7 business we need to ensure that our call center is always staffed optimally, and so we apologize that you were unlucky enough to not find a suitable coworker to help you. Again, we have taken your experience and review of us to heart, and strive to change for the betterment in the future.
