You work from home, flexible hours, and some members of the supervisor in QC staff are great to work with
Cons
They see us as just a number, they don’t value you, some of them don’t know how to speak to you. Management doesn’t understand that the agents are the people who makes this company runs, but they value others more than they value us. You only get a raise on your annual review. They barely pay us for the amount of things we have to deal with. They also nitpick on the most minor thing and the fact that they always have to say according to the contract you sign before being employed is a bit annoying, and a bit robotish like they don’t have no personality
