- Poor management competence Management is incompetent in many areas and yet arrogant and rude. Particularly founders. - Poor treatment of staff There is whole team made of immigrants and interns. Ringley is well informed on how to strategically take advantage of the job market. This leads to people looking to leave from week one. Besides directors every single person I worked with was looking to leave or were already set to leave. Not one person felt like they wanted to be there any longer than they absolutely needed to. To make things worse, there was no training, no onboarding, just a dump of workload with no planning and even any thought put into what resources are required to complete this. Not a single person I worked with had a manageable workload or clarity on their role and responsibilities. The teams mindset was just to hustle as much as possible and ignore the rude and demeaning comments till they can be somewhere better. Very poor career growth, and you will be squeezed for every bit that can come out of you. How squeezable you are will depend on how desperate they understand you to be.

Many unhappy staff working there. Systems don’t work.Criticism all the time.
