      Good salary and benefits, good work life balance, well organized Japanese owned company, plenty of interesting projects to keep you busy.

      Cons

      Big international corporation and some things are not happening as quickly as they should.

      Pros

      Initially, the company seems to be a place where you can learn a lot from your peers and senior management, until you realize that senior management is only looking out for their cronies. You have to play the political game in order to get promotional gain.

      Cons

      There are many hard working employees there that are taken for granted. Loyalty means nothing to me.
