      the wage was 18$ an hour. tips rarely, never got the hours promised on you schedule

      Cons

      location - older employee have attitude - New employees are not in tip pool - usually sent home early lack of business

      Great members, amazing community Troon Golf great management company with benefits. Possible new clubhouse within 2 years. Beautiful 360 degree views of mountains.

      Cons

      It's far away. In between Fountain Hills and North Scottsdale there is no easy way to get here. Older clubhouse
