Pros
The atmosphere in the morning meetings are amazing and gives new people excitement getting into the business. Crew nights hosted by the company are usually fun events to attend to hangout with managers and other employees at the job. Business Trips are great also but gotta negotiate with managers to get on it.
Cons
You don’t receive your first check until your third week in the business and if you don’t make any sales or enough to reach a workable pay threshold you basically have been working for free your first three weeks. Don’t expect a big check whatsoever. Blatant favoritism is apparent with this line of work also so make sure for real growth you have to become a management lapdog or be a top sales rep to get special treatment. All your events aren’t anything fancy or remotely weather friendly you’re most likely going to be standing outside retail stores and sides of the streets regardless of weather conditions unless chosen to go into an inside location which will most likely not happen. All the money you’ll receive won’t always add up from this job and isn’t what you’re exactly supposed to make it’s just based on whatever the manager chooses to give you while you pretty much are just given just enough to keep coming back making bud some money. Zero work life balance. You will work practically 6-7 days a week working from morning till about 6:30.
