We have great benefits and perks. Riot really cares about it's Rioters. We are challenged on a constant basis, no stagnant minds here. If you have passion for things other than your specific job, there are many opportunities to have outlets. Office is pretty cool, soon to be better! Cons
Tend to be work/life/balance issues, due to gaming at work and passion of Rioters. If you don't find a mentor at times you can feel lost (you are responsible to find your own, and drive the relationship) Loud work spaces Some ppl play too many games, you wonder if they actually work Riot Games is located in a high cost of living area There has yet to be a lot of growth into mgmt, often times hired from the outside
