Pros
Great general culture that sometimes feels to relaxed. People need to understand they are at work to produce output, even when in a knowledge working role.
Cons
It's easier to take on a lot more work than an individual can handle. Lots of problems to solve and things to fix. It's like overloading your plate at a buffet but you can't drop anything in the trash!
