Fun place, great people and fulfilling when we all rally behind the goal of delivering the greatest experiences for our players. The longer you spend here the more of your time you are willing to give up to be part of it and to do the awesome things Rioters get to do.
Cons
Finding alignment can be a time intensive mission in itself. Core learnings are always re-learned due to so many new partners jumping into of the deep side of the pool. Time can feel like and endless loop and at other moments it feels like there is never enough time to get things done.
