Pros
1) They really know how to hire - best co-workers, highly skilled team (unfortunately unable to shine due to intense micromanagement) 2) They throw a great party 3) They have a beautiful corporate office, no expense spared
Cons
Just google "Hostile Work Environment" and "Facade" --you will get the picture. Intense micromanagement that resulted in the worst anxiety, depression and stress of my entire life. Employees working to the point of exhaustion and illness--and still continuing to work thru it. The co-CEO's "smartest in the room" and condescending attitude was incredibly offensive to the industry experts that were trying to help us thru issues. We had the best, most accommodating team of vendors and consultants (real industry experts) willing to drop everything and assist when called upon. They would work overtime and agree to the most outrageous demands of management - and yet, Rip van Wafels tried to get out of paying them or paid them months and months after the work was done. You could make a lot of charcoal out of the bridges they burned. The whole thing was sad, frustrating and incredibly disappointing. #RUN
